Party Gear Managers
PBSA is seeking volunteers to help manage the party gear. The newly created position will be responsible for the following.
- Contact the party host and determine how many guests are expected and when they want the gear delivered.
- Someone to collect the needed chairs, tables, and sundries from the previous party or storage and deliver them to the next party location.
- Help set up the chairs and tables on the morning/afternoon of the party.
- Help break down and store the tables and chairs, or arrange others to do this for the host.
- Your duties will now end. The next Party Gear Manager will take over for the following party.
PBSA owns 70 chairs and 13 tables. You will need a Truck, Pick-Up, SUV, or Trailer.
Recruiting other PBSA members, family members, or friends to help is highly encouraged.
Volunteers needed for the following dates:
- June 22nd
- July 20th
- August 3rd
- September 14th
