The seminar will review some rules that govern what you should expect of your competitors on the race course, some tactical advice about when to invoke these rules, and advice about what you should expect of the race committee. The seminar will be followed by a picnic at Kimogenor Point. Plan to bring your picnic food and drink; and, perhaps, something to share.
