On the heels of a Grand Slam successful Raft Up for the Summer Solstice, PBSA’s Raft-Up/Rendezvous Committee has another Raft-Up scheduled for THIS COMING Friday evening beginning at 6:00 p.m. The planned location is Horseshoe Cove in the NE corner of Cutchogue Harbor. If weather conditions suggest a change, watch for an e-mail at about 4:00 pm on Friday. And monitor Channel 71 at Raft-Up time for any updates.
For the June gathering we had at 10 boats, a mix of Sail and Power vessels, and many, many attendees. Bring your friends; bring your family; bring prospective PBSA members.
Bring food and drink and something to share and enjoy the evening on the water. Weather permitting, the moon and Jupiter should both be clearly visible by about 8:30 pm. But if you’re not into sky gazing, you can get home by dark.
