Wine Tasting & Knots-RSVP by August 16

As the next stop on our tour of PBSA's member-owned wine establishments, we have scheduled an evening (5:00 - 7:30) at Suhru Wines this coming THURSDAY AUGUST 19.   [28735 Main Road in Cutchogue - Across from Wickham's Farm Stand] .  Suhru is owned by Sailor Russell Hearn, his wife Sue and their daughter Shelby. We  are scheduled to be outside in their beautiful back garden.  In the event of inclement weather, we will move inside.   
In addition to tasting their great wines (for purchase by you by the bottle or the glass) Annie O'Brien is organizing a NAUTICAL KNOT TYING competition.   Some of our members claim bragging rights to racing prowess, but knowing how to tie one's yachting knots properly is the skill that truly separates the sailors from all the rest.   If you'd prefer to observe the knot tying and but not subject yourself to the stress and anxiety of the knot typing competition, please do join us to staff up the cheering section.
